Wen Jiabao, who is Chinese Premier, has presided over the 10th plenary session of the State Council,
and nominate Zeng Yinquan as the third Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Premier Wen Jiabao signed Decree No. 490 of the State Council, which nominate Zeng Yinquan as the third Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. and Zeng Yinquan will have a inauguration on July 1, 2007.
