LUPA is the abbreviation for Leadership Of Open Source University Promotion Alliance,which is established on June 12, 2005 in Hangzhou of China. LUPA is the explorer and practicer
of Open source movement in China. it aim to advocate software independent innovation,set up a bridge between schools and enterprises.
Currently, the LUPA has members of Qinghua University, Beijing University, Zhejiang University and other universities more than 100. it will become the largest open source community.
