Microsoft's Office Open XML has been strongly opposed by Chinese Co-Create Software League(CoSoft), CoSoft is a non-profit software organization, it has officially launched a voting system to against Microsoft file formats,Office Open XML. The chinese open source organization support the file formats-ODF.
