China, ISP, Rights
A user of solidot wrote he found the "http request" interception and jump to the location of ISP when he visits this site. He said angrily whether the China Telecom has provide him with additional virus monitoring service, or to remind him not to spend the cost of online antivirus. So, what is the ISP doing? Does ISP have the right to intercept users and insert advertisements?
