The first OpenOffice.org Summit Forum is Held in Beijing on May 15, this Summit is organized by the Chinese open source software (OSS) Alliance. "Open source, innovation and dedication" is the theme.
Chen Ying, the chinese Secretary for the Ministry of Information Industry Products,Lu Shouqun， the chairman of Chinese open source software (OSS) Alliance, Ni Guangnan，the Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering，Louis Suárez-Potts，who is the leader of OpenOffice.org open source community, and Michael Bemmer,the chief of OpenOffice.org project have attended the Summit.
IBM、Intel、Google and some other companies have also attended the Summit.
