China has become the largest telecom market in the world. It's remarkable development achievements. The report released by China Statistics Bureau said Chinese telephone users reached 830 million on the end of 2006, the average growth to nearly 20% in the past four years. And mobile communications network covering the whole country, one in 100 people with 35 mobile phones.
