Louis Suarez-Ports, the chief of World-famous open source community of OpenOffice.org, has become the senior adviser of China OSS Promotion Union.

China OSS Promotion Union(COPU) is a social alliance voluntarily formed by enterprises, public institutions, and non-government organizations committed to the cause of Open Source Software(OSS) development and applications under the guidance of national industrial administration departments. It does not stand as an independent corporate legal person.
